I draw things like this in staff meetings. It helps me to focus. But I drew this one on a napkin during "our talk." I couldn't keep constant eye contact with you...for fear that I'd get too emotional in public. But I heard everything you said.

Guilty/funny secrets: Sometimes in meetings, I try and imagine which of my co-workers have had sex with each other.
Uncomfortable talks are always strange. My last one was transatlantic over the phone and I found myself bumbling for words, doodling on a pad . . . and when I hung up. . .crying.
